Position Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a vital role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance and foster a world-class employee experience. This position provides both strategic and hands-on support across a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, policy enforcement, and compliance. The HRBP partners closely with clinic leadership and staff to ensure consistent application of HR practices and supports the successful integration of newly acquired practices.

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor and change agent, supporting organizational transformation and employee engagement.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned with company values and goals.
  • Oversee the integration of newly acquired practices, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and culture.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and documentation.
  • Interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent understanding and application.
  • Lead the execution of the annual performance review process and support leadership in employee development.
  • Monitor workplace incidents and occupational accidents in collaboration with the benefits administrator.
  • Support the administration of benefits and leave programs, ensuring compliance and employee understanding.
  • Manage and enhance the employee onboarding and orientation process.
  • Train new leaders on HR systems (e.g., Paylocity) and internal HR processes.
  • Partner with practice managers on disciplinary actions, including coaching, corrective actions, and terminations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including action planning from surveys and exit interviews.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance trends to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and legally compliant employee records and personnel files.
  • Provide high-quality HR guidance to managers on employee relations and performance management.
  • Educate employees on organizational policies, procedures, and behavioral expectations.
  • Assist in communicating company updates and HR-related information across the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational success.
  • Comply with our organization's policies and procedures, as outlined in the Teammate Handbook and Policy & Procedure Manuals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HRBP experience in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity).
  • Experience in healthcare or dermatology practice is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
