• General Manager
• Business Manager
• Sales Manager
• Service Manager

• Starting training salary of $75,000
• Comprehensive 10-week training program at our Houston location—no RV experience required!
• Training includes five structured modules covering operations, sales, service, leadership, and customer experience

🧭 Who We’re Looking For:
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, military, athletics, or leadership roles
• Proven leadership experience in retail, automotive, or service industries
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Willingness to relocate as we expand into new markets
• Passion for customer service and operational excellence
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
