Client Director, Strategics - Automotives

Pure Storage is a public technology company reshaping data storage with innovative solutions. We are seeking an experienced Client Director to set executive strategy and lead global accounts within the World Wide Strategic Automotive team, driving high-value sales, mentoring a distributed team, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to close large enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute business strategy for assigned global automotive accounts
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed sales team
  • Drive operational excellence through pipeline, forecasting, and data-driven analysis
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Provide change management and strategic oversight for extended account teams
  • Communicate with C-suite and senior executives to align business objectives
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for account success
  • Oversee account financials including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
  • Act as primary client advocate within Pure Storage to ensure high service delivery
  • Own revenue generation and attainment of team and organizational quotas

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
