Senior Change Manager

We are a leading enterprise storage company reshaping the data storage industry and seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) change initiatives within the Integrated Operations PMO. The role focuses on organizational readiness, adoption, and execution of change strategies that impact revenue teams, partners, and customer-facing organizations, working closely with Sales, Channel, Marketing, IT and other cross-functional partners.

Skills

  • Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP or equivalent) required
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication strategies for executive and seller audiences
  • Deep experience driving Sales/GTM adoption and alignment to revenue priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM, CPQ and sales enablement platforms and technology-dependent change
  • Proficiency with SmartSheets or equivalent tools for adoption plans and dashboards
  • Project and program methodology experience (Waterfall, Agile); project management certification preferred
  • Process optimization experience (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent)
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to measure adoption and report outcomes
  • Strong presentation skills (Google Slides) and ability to influence at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end change management lifecycle for sales and GTM initiatives from objectives to sustained adoption
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption strategies tailored to sellers and GTM audiences
  • Proactively identify and manage resistance and adoption risks using structured methodologies
  • Partner with Sales, Channel, Marketing, IT and Operations to align change activities to revenue priorities and KPIs
  • Integrate change activities into large-scale programs, linking adoption milestones to program deliverables
  • Design and deliver communications and enablement (training, onboarding, reinforcement) for sellers and GTM teams
  • Measure adoption, collect feedback, and iterate change plans to improve effectiveness and long-term integration
  • Maintain and facilitate a Change Network to ensure alignment, feedback loops, and shared accountability
  • Lead retrospectives and lessons learned to evolve GTM change best practices and scale frameworks
  • Coach and mentor PMO/program leaders and project teams; enforce PMO standards, governance and templates

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, organizational development, or related field preferred
  • Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) required
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.) preferred
