Behavioral PediatricsKey Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee implementation and evaluation across outreach projects, with emphasis on developing, implementation, and continuously improving core metrics across projects.
Support the implementation/evaluation of telemonitoring and distance education activities.
Complete readiness assessments and practice facilitation. Manage data collection, data management, and evaluation associated with outreach projects.
Write and submit reports to funding agencies in a timely matter, and coordinate data collection and entry into online system.
Independently promote the project through formal and informal presentation for community events and national/international conferences.
Applicants must be willing to conduct instate travel sometimes requiring overnight stays.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree or more advanced degree in health sciences, behavioral health, public health, education, communication, or related field. Education may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Work Experience:
Previous experience with program management, implementation, and evaluation is essential.
Previous experience collaborating with communities and with program evaluation is required.
Grant writing and research interest experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

Work Experience:
Experience with outreach is a plus, as well as supervisory experience with students and employees.
Experience with project-related technologies including telehealth/telemedicine, mHealth approaches and social media.
Experience in the primary care and school environments is desirable.
Experience with distance education, facilitation, and/or virtual learning.
Skills:

Compensation Statement:
The pay range listed for this position is determined by our compensation program using market data and salary benchmarking. A combination of factors is considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, education, experience and training, qualifications relative to the requirements of the position, and funding. At the University of Kansas Medical Center, a reasonable estimate for the starting pay range will be the minimum to midpoint of the posted range, taking into account the combination of factors listed above.
