In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of customer engagement—developing tailored sales strategies, negotiating agreements, and ensuring success through proactive communication, product demonstrations, and business reviews. You’ll own the revenue goals for your accounts, managing the pipeline with precision and using tools like Salesforce to forecast and track progress.
We’re looking for someone with strong business acumen, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Experience in the medical device industry is a plus, but most importantly, you bring energy, resilience, and a team-first mindset.
The ideal candidate will reside on the East Coast working with our EST customers.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
This role is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan with a target of $48,000 annually.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $28.41/hr - $37.42/hr
