Skills
- 1-3 years in SaaS sales in a hunting/SDR role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- At least 1 year calling into ad tech / martech customers
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (70+ dials/day)
- Familiarity with digital advertising ecosystem and channel relationships
- Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot and Apollo experience is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound email strategies to generate new customer opportunities
- Conduct cold calls and respond promptly to inbound phone calls and emails
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Manage and update leads in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
- Meet daily activity targets, including at least 70 dials per day
- Handle objections quickly and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize messaging and outreach sequences
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
