Strategic Account Executive - job 1 of 2

Ping Identity is a leading cloud identity platform that secures and simplifies digital experiences for enterprises worldwide. They are looking for a field-based Strategic Account Executive to own an assigned territory focused on net-new logos and upsell opportunities, leveraging value selling, partner channels, and a global resource model to close complex enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a personal sales plan aligned with regional strategy to hit quota
  • Position and articulate Ping Identity's value proposition to prospective customers
  • Negotiate and close complex subscription contracts with support from partners
  • Manage long sales cycles and forecast sales activity to senior management
  • Prepare indicative pricing and customer offers, including professional services and training
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, customer success, and engineering to provide customer feedback
  • Engage and coordinate internal and partner resources to win deals

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
