Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with HR, accounting, IT, and other ops vendors to ensure timely onboarding, payroll/benefits reviews, invoice processing, and vendor deliverables.
- Provide executive support: schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items, and communicate on behalf of the founders when requested.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, investor interactions, customer visits, and company events, including travel and hybrid meeting setups.
- Oversee office operations and building liaison duties: janitorial, supplies, deliveries, facilities issues, and IT readiness for hybrid meetings.
- Handle expense reports, budgets, and financial documentation with discretion and accuracy.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador: plan team events, all-hands, and offsites while promoting company values and positive stakeholder relationships.
- Reprioritize and triage tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and professional discretion.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
