Enterprise Account Executive – Existing Accounts

Ocrolus is an AI-powered fintech platform that automates financial document data capture and analytics to help lenders make faster, more accurate credit decisions. We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive focused on existing accounts to expand product adoption, drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and deepen strategic partnerships within our enterprise and mid-market customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise and mid-market accounts as the primary commercial point of contact
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and align Ocrolus solutions to customer business outcomes
  • Manage the full expansion sales cycle from discovery and solutioning through negotiation and close
  • Build and execute account plans mapping stakeholders, product usage, whitespace, and expansion strategies
  • Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, Operations, and Leadership to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account documentation in Salesforce and sales reporting systems
  • Lead multi-stakeholder sales conversations and deliver ROI-focused presentations
  • Apply structured enterprise sales methodologies to drive repeatable account growth
  • Travel domestically up to 25% for customer meetings and events

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field (required)
