Client Account Manager (Remote from US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Client Account Manager in the United States.

This role is designed for a results-driven professional to manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, focusing on client retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion. You will strategically guide clients in leveraging technology solutions to maximize business outcomes while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. The position requires collaboration across internal teams, including marketing, product, and professional services, to deliver a seamless client experience. Success in this role comes from building trust, providing insightful business and technology guidance, and driving measurable growth. Ideal candidates are proactive, communicative, and capable of managing multiple accounts while operating in a remote, flexible environment.


Accountabilities:
  • Achieve sales quota by executing business plans and strategies to expand client revenue
  • Identify, develop, and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Guide clients in creating technology roadmaps and transitioning to cloud solutions
  • Serve as the liaison between clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure smooth coordination of sales cycles, engagement letters, product services, licensing, and pricing
  • Educate clients on technology trends and solutions to enhance business outcomes
  • Support client attendance and engagement in events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives
  • Participate in client onboarding, project kick-offs, and ongoing lifecycle activities
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in internal CRM systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technology consulting or account management sales, with proven success in client base growth
  • ERP/CRM sales experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to solution-sell and value-sell
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, especially with C-level executives
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating with virtual teams
