Lead - Key Account Services

A leading sportswear company is hiring a Lead for Key Account Services to manage and grow relationships with top retail partners, drive PO management and logistics alignment, and lead a high-performing team. The role requires strong operational ownership, cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Warehouse teams, and data-driven decision making to ensure on-time delivery and maximize account performance.

Skills

  • Proven people management and team development experience
  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables
  • Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence reporting
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication
  • Root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Senior Specialists and direct reports to build a high-performing account services function.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to shape and execute key account strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Oversee purchase order management and collaborate with warehousing and logistics to ensure timely, accurate product delivery.
  • Drive process improvements and creative solutions to strengthen account relationships and service delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to achieve on-time deliveries, sales targets, and strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate frequent, transparent communication between Account Services and Key Account Sales regarding orderbook actions and operational issues.
  • Manage escalations from Warehouse and coordinate with operational leaders to resolve business-critical issues.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in logistics, operations, or analytics a plus
