SLED Channel & Alliances Director

Neo4j is the market-leading graph database company powering analytics and relationship-aware applications for enterprise customers and developers globally. We are looking for a results-driven SLED Channel & Alliances Director to develop regional partner strategies, recruit and enable partners, and drive partner-influenced pipeline and ARR across the public sector (State, Local, Education) landscape.

Skills

  • Proven partner/channel sales and alliance management experience in SLED or public sector
  • Experience working with hyperscalers, system integrators, and cloud partners
  • Strong sales execution with track record of meeting/exceeding ARR and pipeline targets
  • Familiarity with databases, graph technology, and AI/Data ecosystems
  • Ability to build executive relationships and influence across partner organizations
  • Experienced negotiator with contract and commercial acumen
  • Comfortable running complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Proficiency in partner enablement, co-marketing, and GTM planning
  • Analytical mindset for partner metrics and performance reporting
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional SLED partner strategy in coordination with partner marketing, field marketing, and SLED sales leadership.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new partners; deepen relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, product, and marketing to create partner programs, co-marketing campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to measure performance, set targets, and implement joint action plans.
  • Provide product and sales training to partners on Neo4j offerings, use cases, and GTM strategies.
  • Engage with hyperscalers and system integrators to drive joint opportunities and co-sell motions.
  • Track partnership performance metrics, maintain accurate documentation, and generate executive-level reporting.
  • Lead contract negotiations and work with legal and finance to finalize partner agreements and ensure compliance.
  • Represent Neo4j at industry events, conferences, and partner summits to increase visibility and build relationships.
  • Monitor market and competitive activity to inform channel priorities and partner enablement efforts.

Education

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Relevant sales or channel certifications (preferred, not required)
