Manager, Channel/Alliances Partner Program & Operations

Neo4j is the market leader in graph databases and analytics, partnering with major enterprises to help them uncover relationships in complex data. The company seeks a Manager for Channel/Alliances Partner Program & Operations to design, launch, and operate partner programs that scale engagement and revenue across CSPs, GSIs, VARs and other ecosystem partners, working cross-functionally with sales, partner marketing, revenue operations, and professional services.

Skills

  • Proven program management and partner operations experience launching large initiatives.
  • Experience building and managing partner relationships with CSPs, GSIs, VARs and services partners.
  • Strong analytical capability to track KPIs, build dashboards, and derive program insights.
  • Hands-on familiarity with CRM/PRM tools (Salesforce, Workspan, Crossbeam or similar).
  • Technical fluency in enterprise software, cloud computing, databases, DevOps, and open source ecosystems.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and iterate partner program strategy, target segments, go-to-market approaches, and program goals.
  • Manage partner onboarding, enablement curricula, certification paths, and training resources.
  • Monitor partner performance using KPIs, identify trends, and recommend optimizations to improve outcomes.
  • Design and implement incentive structures, benefits, and ranking tiers to drive partner engagement and revenue.
  • Improve and document partner-facing processes to streamline operations and enhance partner experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, partner marketing, product, revenue operations, and professional services to align partner initiatives with company goals.
  • Manage and optimize PRM/CRM tooling to automate workflows and reporting (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms).
  • Produce regular reports and presentations on program health, ROI, and operational efficiencies for stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional certifications or coursework in partner/channel management, program management, or sales operations are a plus.
