Job Description

As a Luxury Sales Manager, you will represent and sell the luxury plumbing House of Rohl portfolio of products, building strong relationships with showroom partners, builders, architects, and the design community. You will lead territory growth efforts by developing new business opportunities and exceeding sales targets, while ensuring brand excellence across customers touch points.

Location & Travel: This is a remote position based in Atlanta, GA, with territory coverage across the Atlanta Metro area, stretching to Augusta, Macon, and Columbus, GA. This role requires overnight travel approximately 1-2 nights per month. A company car, laptop, and mobile phone are provided to support your success in the field.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/year plus bonus based on your territory performance

What you will be doing:

  • All sales responsibilities and related functions on behalf of the House of Rohl as deemed necessary within the assigned territory at the direction of the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Develop business relationships with existing Authorized showroom sales personnel, management, and ownership.  Preserve and improve these relationships to meet and exceed annual sales budgets, training goals, and display enhancements.
  • Prospect for new business development with non-authorized kitchen & bath dealers, plumbing wholesalers, distributors, builders, plumbers, and other relevant potential customers for THOR products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the specification community, including Architects, Designers, Builders and the Hospitality Industry within the assigned territory. 
  • Meet or exceed mutually agreed upon sales budget targets and other annual goals.
  • Key point of contact for territory issue resolution needs as they arise.  Employ a sense of urgency to satisfactorily resolve issues based on best practices, direction of teammates in Customer Service, Technical, Sales Management, Marketing or Product Marketing.
  • Make recommendations for business development as required to grow market share and position.
  • Maintain and professional and positive attitude toward House of Rohl personnel, customers, and consumers, putting forth best efforts to represent the Company as is consistent with the company brand and legacy.

Qualifications

The Basics

  • 3+ years of luxury or designer sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to represent a premium brand with professionalism and polish, building strong, lasting relationships with discerning customers in the luxury space
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and competition to develop strategic responses to opportunities
  • Ability to travel and work unsupervised as well as non-standard hours
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license and current insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and utilize required tools to install displays as needed

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree strong preferred
  • CRM experience (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc)

 

Physical Demands:

In the performance of the duties as a THOR representative, the following physical activities are required to sufficiently perform crucial tasks. Driving, lifting up to 50 pounds, installation of display product with tools, delivering literature, and on occasion performing basic functions related to product issue resolution in a consumer’s residence.

Additional Information

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $80,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
