Meazure Learning seeks a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to spearhead sales efforts within the certification and licensure assessment industry, engaging with prospective clients to drive revenue and propel the company’s mission.
Responsibilities: Coordinate the sales process from prospecting to closing, build internal networking, create demand, serve as a strategic advisor, manage Salesforce data, and develop market strategies.
Skills: Strong B2B solution sales experience, polished consultative selling skills, excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
Qualifications: Proven sales or account management experience with SaaS, preferably in the Ed Tech or assessment industry. Familiarity with sales methodologies and tools like Salesforce.
Location: The position is based in McLean, VA, with up to 25% travel required for client meetings and conferences.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $75,000 - $120,000.

The Business Development Executive has a consultative sales approach with a passion for discovery work to understand a prospects business, pain points, and desired business outcomes.
