Sales Development Representative Manager

Maven Clinic is the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families, delivering clinical, emotional, and financial support across fertility, maternity, pediatrics, and menopause. Maven is hiring a Sales Development Manager to lead and scale an aggressive SDR team focused on expanding pipeline across US and international employers and labor organizations, leveraging data, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to drive rapid growth.

Skills

  • Proven track record managing SDR or BDR teams to hit pipeline quotas
  • Strong Salesforce and CRM reporting skills
  • Expertise in sales metrics, forecasting, and data-driven coaching
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales leadership
  • Strong coaching and people-development capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale a high-performance SDR team focused on pipeline development across US and international markets
  • Coach reps through call reviews, top-of-funnel metric analysis, and structured coaching sessions to improve conversion rates
  • Establish and maintain data-driven processes and KPIs; monitor performance and implement corrective actions quickly
  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing to align lead generation campaigns and optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion
  • Deliver accurate reporting and forecasting to Growth Leadership using Salesforce and other data sources
  • Create targeted prospecting strategies and support SDRs in list building, outreach, and objection handling
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop SDR talent to meet and exceed quota and career progression goals

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Relevant sales certifications or training a plus
