SGP seeks a detail-oriented and dynamic Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development efforts for our clients. This role ensures compliance, quality, and compelling storytelling in every response.
Workplace Type: Remote.
Compensation: 1099, Hourly rate is open.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and reviews.
· Lead color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold) and ensure timely delivery.
· Collaborate with capture leads, SMEs, writers, and graphic designers.
· Drive content strategy and win theme development.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for the proposal effort.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience managing proposals in federal, state, or commercial sectors.
· Expert knowledge of RFP interpretation and compliance.
· Familiar with APMP best practices and Shipley methodologies.
· Comfortable managing remote teams under tight deadlines.
