Outside Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist - Madison, WI

SpotOn provides restaurant and small-business owners with integrated POS, payments, and restaurant management software backed by real people. They seek a motivated Hospitality Specialist to cover a local territory in Madison, building relationships with restaurant and SMB owners, managing the full sales cycle, and driving adoption of SpotOn’s product suite to help local businesses grow.

Skills

  • B2B field sales and territory development
  • Cold calling and prospecting
  • Full-cycle sales and quota attainment
  • Client relationship management and retention
  • CRM usage (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Comfort learning and demonstrating technology and POS solutions
  • Ability to travel locally and manage a schedule independently

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, build, and manage a territory of local restaurants and small businesses
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close and onboarding
  • Sell SpotOn’s POS, software solutions, and payment processing to hit sales targets
  • Perform in-person client visits and demos at merchant locations within assigned territory
  • Collaborate with Sales Support and internal teams to ensure customer success and retention
  • Track activity and opportunities in CRM and report against monthly performance goals

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
