Mancomm has been a leader in regulatory publishing for decades. Now we’re building a new kind of platform — one that turns complex regulations into tools people can actually use. It’s a billion-dollar problem, and we’re assembling a brand-new sales team to tackle it.

We’re hiring multiple high-performing Account Executives who can both close deals and lead from the front. This is a rare chance to be in early, shape the team, and earn real upside.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a deliver on revenue targets.
  • Close deals while setting the pace for the team.
  • Help design sales processes and playbooks from scratch.
  • Manage and grow key accounts.
  • Partner with leadership on future hiring and training.
  • Proven record of exceeding B2B sales quotas in complex solution sales
  • Experience in a player–coach role or leadership while carrying a quota
  • Skilled at selling complex solutions, including SaaS, compliance, publishing, or regulatory products
  • Experience selling to compliance, legal, EHS, quality, or regulatory affairs leaders in regulated industries such as manufacturing, transportation, energy, or healthcare
  • Experience selling to federal, state, or local government agencies, including knowledge of public sector procurement processes
  • Experience in high-stakes communication and closing complex negotiations involving multiple decision-makers
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with minimal supervision
  • Experience launching new products, business units, or markets from inception to success

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $50,000–$80,000 (DOE)
  • OTE: $125,000–$185,000+
  • Health, dental, vision, 401(k)
  • PTO + paid holidays
