Lucid Software seeks a dynamic NA SMB Expansion Account Executive to drive strategic business growth for existing customers of Lucidchart and Lucidspark. This role involves building strong relationships, ensuring customer engagement, and driving product expansion while delivering excellent service and support.
Responsibilities: Close business deals effectively while nurturing existing accounts; identify expansion opportunities for the Lucid Suite; provide outstanding customer service; maintain accurate forecasts; and demonstrate product value.
Skills: 1-3 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Qualifications: 1 year of closing experience preferred; experience in software sales and maintaining clean CRM data; and a BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Location: Raleigh, NC, working remotely and in-person in South Jordan, UT two days a week.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $120,000.

Expansion Account Executives (AEs) lead the strategic business growth for current Lucidchart and Lucidspark customers across their assigned territories. Post prospect qualification, AEs will work directly with existing customers to create business value across multiple personas, continually working to close sales opportunities. AEs will also work to ensure renewals, drive expansion and continual customer engagement.
