Sales Executive - Golf & Trailer

Lightspeed provides cloud-based Dealer Management Solutions serving Powersport, Marine, RV, Trailer, Outdoor Power Equipment, and Golf Cart dealerships. The company is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business and close new logos within the Golf and Trailer sectors by building relationships, qualifying leads, and driving sales of Lightspeed’s DMS and related SaaS offerings.

Skills

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably field-based SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of new logo acquisition and exceeding quota
  • Experience with sales enablement/automation tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Enablix or similar)
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with SPIN™ and Solution Selling™ methodologies
  • Knowledge of Powersports, RV, Marine, Golf or Trailer industries is a significant advantage
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory plans to expand Lightspeed’s customer base in Golf and Trailer dealerships.
  • Generate and qualify leads, guide prospects through the sales funnel, and close new customer deals.
  • Engage prospects through inbound leads, networking, and social media outreach.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  • Maintain deep product, market, and competitive knowledge to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Record and report sales metrics and keep Salesforce and sales automation tools current and accurate.
  • Manage a personal pipeline as a quota-carrying individual contributor and meet or exceed sales targets.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Relevant sales or industry certifications a plus
