LearnUpon seeks a motivated Outbound Business Development Representative to enhance their sales team by qualifying inquiries and generating leads, while working from their Salt Lake City office 4 days per week.
Responsibilities: Identify and prospect strategic accounts, build a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the Sales team, and actively improve outbound strategies while maintaining excellent customer interactions.
Skills: Strong sales and business development passion, lead generation experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment are essential.
Qualifications: Experience in a similar SDR/BDR role, familiarity with B2B SaaS, and understanding of sales processes are preferred but not required.
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, with a hybrid work model.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $50,000 - $75,000.

The Business Development Team is at the forefront of the Sales team in LearnUpon, responsible for qualifying all inquiries that come into LearnUpon and proactively creating opportunities through outbound prospecting. This means that the Business Development Team must be able to determine if our product is a good fit for a potential customer's requirements. Specifically, our Business Development Representatives are outbound focused and are tasked with strategically targeting Accounts that we believe would be a good fit for the LearnUpon product and that would generate a high value pipeline for the Sales Team.
