Specialty Sales Representative - Cleveland, OH

ARS Pharmaceuticals is a fast-growing biopharma company focused on improving patient outcomes with novel products like neffy, an intranasal epinephrine for severe allergic reactions. We are seeking a field-based Specialty Sales Representative to drive brand recognition, engage hospital and specialty accounts, and support product adoption within the Cleveland territory during and after launch.

Skills

  • Proven hospital/IDN and specialty account sales experience
  • Strong clinical and scientific acumen to present product data effectively
  • Experience navigating payer dynamics and driving formulary access
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for in-person and virtual engagement
  • Comfort with CRM and analytics tools (Veeva, Tableau) and remote call execution
  • Ability to build credibility and long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in ambiguous launch environments and deliver results

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand awareness and product adoption within assigned territory to meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs, pharmacists, nurses, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders
  • Deliver balanced product and disease-state presentations in-person and virtually using approved clinical materials
  • Create and execute detailed account plans in collaboration with market access, sales ops, and cross-functional teams
  • Navigate payer landscapes and work to secure formulary access within national, regional, and local systems including IDNs
  • Coordinate HUB and payer support tools to enable patient access and ensure compliant execution
  • Document and report activity and results using CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Veeva, Tableau)
  • Travel within territory (overnight travel up to 25% or more as required) and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies; complete credentialing and required checks

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required (business or life sciences preferred)
  • MBA or MS preferred but not required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
