Outside Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist - Rochester, MN
Skills
- 2+ years B2B sales experience focused on small businesses, merchants, or restaurants
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Strong cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout skills
- Comfortable learning and demonstrating technology and POS/software solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Ability to travel locally and manage on-site client meetings
Responsibilities
- Serve as the local SpotOn representative in the assigned Rochester territory, promoting the full product suite to restaurant and SMB owners
- Travel to client sites within the territory to prospect, demo, and close new business
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and demos to contract signing and handoff
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets, focusing on software, POS solutions, and payment processing
- Collaborate with Sales Support and internal teams to ensure client success and retention
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of merchant accounts with ongoing relationship management
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
