Enterprise Sales VP

Garner is a fast-growing, venture-backed company focused on improving health benefits for large employer populations. We are seeking an experienced enterprise business development executive to grow our large-account segment (5,000+ lives) by building direct employer and channel partnerships with brokers, consultants, insurers, and providers while leading sales strategy and execution.

Skills

  • Enterprise B2B sales experience focused on large accounts
  • Established relationships with brokers, consultants, and insurers
  • Deep knowledge of health benefits (medical, ancillary, vendor products)
  • Strong data literacy and ability to derive insights from disparate datasets
  • Experience building sales processes, playbooks, and KPI frameworks
  • Comfort leading remote and distributed teams

Responsibilities

  • Build and expand Garner’s large enterprise channel via direct-to-employer, brokers, consultants, insurers, and providers
  • Own end-to-end direct sales cycles for large enterprise deals and manage quotas, prospecting, and pipeline
  • Develop and maintain market and competitor knowledge to articulate Garner’s value proposition
  • Identify, develop, and influence strategic broker and consultant relationships to drive deal flow
  • Create and execute sales processes, playbooks, KPIs, and collateral to ensure repeatable success
  • Provide regular performance reviews, coaching, and professional development for the sales team
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to inform sales strategy and client conversations

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced degree (MBA) preferred but not required
