Job Description:
As a Sprinter Outside Sales Manager, you will specialize in promoting and selling Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans to local businesses and individuals. This is a unique opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys working independently, building relationships, and expanding a business network. You will actively seek out new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet the unique transportation needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and field visits.
Develop and maintain a client base of businesses and commercial buyers in need of Sprinter Vans.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, explaining the features and benefits of the Sprinter models.
Work closely with customers to identify their specific needs and provide customized vehicle solutions.
Collaborate with the internal sales team and fleet department to ensure a seamless sales process.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed set goals.
Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system.
Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Stay informed on the latest Mercedes-Benz Sprinter products, features, and competitive offerings in the market.
Qualifications:
Proven outside sales experience (commercial automotive sales required).
Experience with B2B sales and building a commercial client base is a plus.
A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and close sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present professionally and build relationships.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Passion for the automotive industry and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
