- Proven retail leadership and sales coaching experience
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication

- Physical stamina to stand, move throughout the store, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Scheduling and workforce planning skills
Responsibilities
- Investigate sales opportunities and identify root causes; escalate process or system gaps with the General Manager
- Coach and oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver consistent, elevated guest connections and product education
- Build and maintain client relationships and drive daily selling initiatives on the sales floor
- Develop effective workforce schedules and ensure optimal sales floor coverage
- Partner with the General Manager on sales strategy, budget management, metrics review, and business planning
- Lead talent development, recruitment pipeline, and succession planning for the store
- Support store operations to maintain a clean, safe, inviting environment and execute Alo operational deliverables
- Assist on the sales floor when needed and perform other duties to maintain store efficiency
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred but not required
- Retail leadership or management training preferred
