Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, assess customer needs through a proven sales process, and collaborate with sales channels to service health club accounts while maintaining CRM records.
Skills: Strong sales communication, CRM experience, self-motivated, and teamwork-oriented with 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred and 2+ years of sales experience strongly preferred.
Location: This hybrid position is based in Gilbert, Arizona, requiring some on-site presence.
Compensation: $115000 - $115000 / Annually

The Inside Sales Specialist (Program Advisor) will connect with fitness professionals looking to further their knowledge and skills through certifications and specializations. You will assess customer needs and make appropriate products recommendations that will help achieve their goals. In this role, you will be part of a growing business that fosters a strong atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration through effective communication. You will work to Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through outbound and inbound phone calls.
