Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and maximize sales opportunities; promote KnowBe4's products; build and maintain a pipeline for cross-sell and upgrades; work with Customer Success Managers to grow accounts and achieve sales quotas.
Skills: Sales experience, knowledge of IT security concepts, familiarity with Salesforce and Gmail, strong communication skills, and collaborative teamwork abilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, 3 years of sales experience in software targeting Small Medium Enterprises, experience in IT security, and Salesforce familiarity.

The Account Manager (Mid Market) position is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts and maximizing all sales opportunities within those accounts.
