Enterprise Account Manager

Kahuna is seeking a highly experienced and customer-obsessed Enterprise Account Manager to lead and grow strategic relationships with our Fortune 1000 customers. This role is uniquely focused on managing complex accounts within Oil & Gas, Utilities, and other asset-intensive industries, making it an ideal fit for someone who understands the operational realities and strategic priorities of heavy industry clients.

As a key member of our Enterprise Sales team, you will be responsible for driving engagement, retention, and growth within a portfolio of large-scale industrial customers. You will act as a strategic advisor to customer executives, aligning our SaaS platform with their transformation goals and ensuring they achieve lasting business impact and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, particularly in Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Heavy Industries, while partnering with the Account Executives and CSM’s assigned to these accounts.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate deep relationships with C-level and operational leaders to foster long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Industry-Aligned Strategy: Apply your domain knowledge to align our SaaS solution with key industry initiatives such as workforce readiness, safety compliance, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
  • Value Realization: Ensure customers in complex operational environments see measurable outcomes and sustained value from our platform.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate internally with Product, Customer Success, Implementation, and Marketing to tailor strategies for each customer’s industrial context.
  • Growth & Retention: Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities through a consultative, value-driven approach.
  • Account Planning: Develop comprehensive account plans that reflect organizational structure, stakeholder mapping, business goals, and industry-specific challenges.
  • Voice of the Customer: Partner with customer success managers and act as a strong advocate for your accounts, channeling feedback to influence product development and service enhancements tailored to heavy industries.

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management or strategic SaaS sales, with a proven track record in managing large, complex accounts.
  • Deep experience selling into or managing accounts within Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, or similar heavy industries.
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills at the C-suite and operational leadership levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals and industry challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Experience navigating complex buying cycles and aligning multi-stakeholder teams across enterprise organizations.
  • Highly collaborative with strong internal leadership across customer success, services, and product.
  • Naturally curious and customer-obsessed, with a passion for solving meaningful business problems.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
