Channel Partnerships Manager (VCs)

Justworks is a mission-driven HR and payroll platform supporting startups and small businesses. We seek a Channel Partnerships Manager focused on venture capital partners to build strategic relationships, drive referral revenue, and scale our channel program. The role requires ownership of the full partner lifecycle, cross-functional collaboration, and a results-oriented approach to exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with venture capital partners to generate referral revenue and long-term growth.
  • Understand partner business models, goals, client bases, and market strategies to tailor engagement and uncover opportunities.
  • Own the full partner lifecycle including onboarding, enablement, ongoing support, renewals, QBRs, and performance check-ins.
  • Manage escalations and critical partner moments with professionalism and urgency.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets through proactive sourcing of referrals and co-created go-to-market initiatives.
  • Benchmark partner program performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to incentives, messaging, and program design.
  • Advocate for partner needs internally and collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, customer success, and operations.
  • Contribute to scaling channel infrastructure by improving reporting, processes, and operations supporting partner growth.
  • Travel as needed to support partners and local growth initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant business, sales, or partnership training or certifications a plus
  • Experience may be accepted in lieu of formal degree
