Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day operations for medical insurance within Justworks Benefits programs
- Investigate and resolve member eligibility and benefit issues within SLA targets
- Escalate and coordinate resolution of systemic issues with senior team members, product, and engineering
- Perform outreach and follow-up with carriers, clients, and internal teams via appropriate channels
- Prepare quotes related to health insurance benefits as needed
- Review and resolve recurring carrier error reports in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to internal resources such as help articles, training decks, and process documentation
- Support cross-functional partners including Customer Service, Product Support, and Legal on issue resolution
Education
- No specific degree required; equivalent work experience accepted
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (not required)
