VP of Enterprise Sales (Crypto-Native, North America)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of P2P.org. We are currently looking for a VP of Enterprise Sales (Crypto-Native, North America) in United States.

This is a senior enterprise sales role focused on driving adoption and growth across crypto-native companies in North America. You will own a personal pipeline targeting exchanges, L1/L2 protocols, wallets, staking providers, and DeFi platforms, running full-cycle deals from prospecting through expansion. This role requires deep expertise in blockchain infrastructure, tokenomics, staking, and crypto-native business models. You will leverage an extensive U.S. crypto network to unlock executive access, accelerate multi-threaded decision-making, and expand wallet share. The position offers autonomy, high-impact responsibility, and opportunities to shape business strategy within a fast-moving, innovative industry.

Accountabilities:

  • Build and maintain a personal enterprise pipeline within the U.S. crypto-native ecosystem, focusing on new logos and account expansion.
  • Manage full-cycle sales engagements (6+ month deals), including discovery, value narrative, financial justification, legal/compliance, closure, and post-sale growth.
  • Target exchanges, L1/L2 ecosystems, blockchain foundations, validators, staking providers, wallets/MPC, liquidity providers, and DeFi projects.
  • Leverage an active U.S. crypto network to generate meetings, secure executive access, and drive multi-threaded sales strategies.
  • Develop business development partnerships and co-selling motions with ecosystem, custodian, and tooling partners to open new channels.
  • Own account metrics (ERR/ARR, TVL) and grow both client count and wallet share.
  • Maintain forecasting accuracy and pipeline hygiene using HubSpot.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams on feedback loops, reference stories, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at key U.S. crypto events and meetups to expand the top of the funnel.
  • 5+ years of successful enterprise sales or business development experience in crypto infrastructure, fintech/crypto SaaS, or related B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to manage 6+ month sales cycles with closed deals exceeding TVL $10M (or equivalent volumes).
  • Deep understanding of crypto-native operations, including staking/validation, custody models, tokenomics, and compliance basics (KYC/AML, custody frameworks).
  • Strong U.S. crypto network (founders, protocol/core teams, BD leaders, funds, exchanges) with a track record of turning access into revenue.
  • Comfort engaging C-level, legal/compliance, security, and technical stakeholders.
  • Expertise in business-case selling (ROI/TCO analysis, economic buyer alignment, deal control, champion/coach management).
  • Partner/channel BD experience, including co-selling and ecosystem programs.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (HubSpot), maintaining pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy.
  • U.S. work authorization and fluent in English.

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with staking/validator operations, node infrastructure, or institutional custody workflows.
  • On-chain reputation or prior DAO/governance contributions.
  • Existing relationships with U.S.-based crypto funds, market makers, and ecosystem teams.
  • Public case studies, talks, or content (subject to NDA).
  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and high OTE.
  • Equity options or RSUs considered.
