Account Executive

Luster is a Predictive Enablement™ platform that uses hyper-realistic AI simulations and real-time skill insights to help sales teams diagnose and close skill gaps before they impact revenue. We are hiring our first Account Executives to work directly with the CEO, build and evolve our sales process, drive pipeline generation, and close B2B SaaS deals.

Skills

  • Proven B2B SaaS sales experience with quota attainment
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, sequencing, and pipeline generation
  • Strong demoing and value-selling skills
  • Contract negotiation and closing expertise
  • Ability to synthesize customer pain into product feedback
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in early-stage environments

Responsibilities

  • Educate prospects on Luster’s value proposition and demonstrate product fit using tailored demos
  • Manage full sales cycle for inbound and outbound opportunities, from qualification to close
  • Generate and expand pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets and OTE expectations
  • Capture prospect insights and relay product feedback to the development team
  • Collaborate with leadership to help define and iterate the company’s repeatable sales process
  • Represent Luster at customer meetings and industry events when required

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • Relevant continual learning or sales enablement certifications are a plus
