We are seeking an experienced and versatile Staff Full-Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications across our technology products. This role combines hands-on coding with strategic technical contributions, requiring expertise in both front-end and back-end development. You will leverage modern frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered development tools to optimize workflows and deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions while mentoring junior developers and championing best practices. Accountabilities

• Design and Develop Full-Stack Solutions – Lead development of new features and enhancements across the entire software stack, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Leverage AI Development Tools – Integrate AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance code quality.
• Build High-Performance APIs – Design, develop, and maintain robust back-end services using FastAPI.
• Craft Engaging User Interfaces – Develop dynamic, responsive, and intuitive front-end applications using Vue.js.
• Support and Enhance Existing Systems – Maintain applications built on .NET and Angular, ensuring stability, performance, and reliability.
• Manage Cloud Infrastructure – Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications in AWS, ensuring scalability and security.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with product, design, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Champion Best Practices – Promote clean code, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and Optimize – Resolve complex technical issues and optimize application performance across the stack.
• Mentor and Grow – Share expertise with junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record of delivering complex applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
• Proficiency in FastAPI for building RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in Vue.js (including Vue 3) for modern, reactive front-end applications.
• Experience with .NET (Core preferred) for back-end and Angular 14+ for front-end development.
• Solid understanding of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
• Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and ORM frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues across the stack.
• Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment and take full ownership of projects from conception to deployment.
