Responsibilities
- Design project structures and domain-specific labeling workflows
- Develop clear contributor guidelines and task acceptance criteria
- Create and implement quality assurance frameworks and review processes
- Define ideal contributor profiles and onboarding directions
- Collaborate with internal product and data teams to ensure subject accuracy
- Review labeled outputs, provide feedback, and iterate on instructions
- Participate in project meetings and support contributor training
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a related discipline is a plus
- Equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of formal degree
