Vice President, Enterprise Sales (Remote - US)

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead and scale the enterprise sales organization. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-impact client relationships, and creating scalable sales processes. You will lead a high-performing team, align cross-functional strategies, and optimize sales performance across the enterprise segment. The ideal candidate will combine executive-level leadership with hands-on experience in complex solution selling and SaaS or technology environments. This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational strategy, mentor top sales talent, and directly impact revenue expansion and market presence.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligned with growth objectives, identifying key markets and verticals.
  • Own revenue targets and drive growth through new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Build and communicate a clear vision for the enterprise sales organization, setting KPIs and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on strategy and customer needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring deals meet financial and operational objectives.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing enterprise sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and client advocate.
  • Optimize sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with 7+ years in enterprise sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role with proven ability to scale teams.
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex enterprise sales environments.
  • Expertise in developing and executing long-term growth strategies.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging C-level executives.
  • Leadership experience in SaaS, technology, or solution-based sales is preferred.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams to sales objectives.
  • High emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and adaptability in dynamic business environments.
