This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the pre-sales strategy for cutting-edge AI and contact center solutions, with a focus on Amazon Connect. The Solution Engineer will work closely with technical and sales teams to demonstrate platform capabilities, gather requirements, and craft compelling solutions for clients. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, bridging the gap between customer needs and the development team while contributing valuable insights to product evolution. This position provides exposure to enterprise-scale deployments and the latest AI technologies, including Salesforce Einstein and generative AI tools, in a collaborative, high-growth environment. You will play a key role in delivering technical credibility, driving innovation, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
· Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations with customers and prospects to understand business needs.
· Demonstrate Amazon Connect, Salesforce, and AI-driven solutions, showcasing product capabilities and value.
· Gather and document technical requirements for large-scale Amazon Connect implementations.
· Create and deliver compelling product demos, proposals, and SOWs, collaborating with delivery and sales teams.
· Maintain lead management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting in Salesforce.
· Act as a liaison between sales and technical teams to streamline responses and inform product improvements.
· Provide customer feedback to Product Managers to influence product enhancements and the broader AI portfolio.
· Collaborate with delivery teams to define project scope, estimates, and pre-sales execution.
· Ensure high-quality customer experiences throughout the pre-sales process.
· Drive innovation and continuous improvement across Amazon Connect, Salesforce, and AI implementations.
· 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering.
· 2–3 years of experience selling CRM solutions or services, ideally with Amazon Connect.
· B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
· Strong understanding of contact center telephony solutions.
· Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud platform and architecture is preferred.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
· Customer-focused mindset, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Eagerness to learn rapidly in AI and emerging technologies.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
