As an Information Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that key program information is collected, maintained, and shared effectively across multi-agency initiatives. You will manage knowledge systems, maintain training and reporting databases, and create user guides and instructional materials. This position provides opportunities to support interagency teams with technical guidance, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and skilled in communication, with a focus on maintaining seamless access to critical information. · Administer and maintain knowledge management systems, including SharePoint, MIRECC, or similar platforms.
· Maintain and update training and reporting databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
· Develop and update user guides, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
· Conduct training sessions and provide user support to interagency partners.
· Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure continuous system functionality.
· Ensure compliance with information privacy, records management, and data governance standards.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize information sharing and workflow processes.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.
· Minimum 4 years of experience in information management, report design, or training support.
· Strong technical skills, including experience with SharePoint or similar platforms.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and training.
· Familiarity with federal data systems and knowledge of privacy, records management, and data governance standards.
· Ability to support interagency teams and deliver training effectively.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
