- Proven leadership with at least 5 years managerial experience
- Strong understanding of threat actor tactics, malware, and defense techniques
- Hands-on familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) and differences vs. traditional data centers
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent English and native Korean proficiency
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and grow the Insider Threat Counter Operation team; hire, retain, and develop top talent
- Design and execute adversarial campaigns and Red Team-style assessments targeting data governance controls
- Oversee strategy, roadmaps, and execution to evolve the function and raise maturity
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable security and business impact
- Perform hands-on offensive operations and dive deep technically when required
- Define initiatives to improve detection, classification, response, and data governance
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field preferred
- Equivalent industry experience accepted in lieu of formal degree
