Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and coach IT services technicians
- Delegate tasks, create work schedules, and monitor daily workloads
- Provide quality assurance by closely monitoring the ticket queue
- Resolve complex issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting fixes
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise execution of projects and assignments
- Report on technician activities, performance, and operational issues
- Route, escalate, or resolve service requests with functional teams
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Participate in IT services supply chain, purchasing, and distribution
- Manage IT inventory and coordinate with IT logistics and warehouses
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
