This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruiting professional to drive talent acquisition for high-impact technical roles. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for infrastructure and security positions, helping build a strong, world-class team. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, craft innovative sourcing strategies, and provide an exceptional candidate experience. This position is remote-first and fast-paced, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated by delivering measurable impact on the organization’s growth and mission.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles in infrastructure, security, and related areas.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, advising on market trends, candidate pipelines, and recruitment strategies.
  • Provide a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to refine strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Lead and support process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate asynchronously and across time zones with a remote, globally distributed talent team.

To succeed in this position, you should bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in high-growth U.S.-headquartered tech startups.
  • Proven ability to fill hard-to-hire roles with strong expertise in sourcing, market research, and candidate outreach.
  • Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and leveraging insights to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with hiring managers and candidates.
  • High adaptability, flexibility, and comfort with fast-paced, evolving priorities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with persistence and the ability to meet ambitious outreach goals.
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams is preferred.
