Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager

This role is designed for a seasoned professional who thrives on creating and nurturing high-impact partnerships. As a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiating deals to onboarding, activation, and long-term relationship management. You will collaborate across product, R&D, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate partner opportunities into tangible growth initiatives. The role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to drive measurable business impact. You will have the autonomy to shape scalable processes, influence key decisions, and expand the company’s reach across target industries. Accountabilities
  • Own and manage the full partnership lifecycle, ensuring successful deal structuring, onboarding, activation, and ongoing growth.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual success and measurable business outcomes.
  • Source, negotiate, and close new partnerships that accelerate market reach across key verticals, including media, entertainment, and creative technology.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, R&D, marketing, sales, legal, and business leadership to translate partner opportunities into actionable initiatives.
  • Build operational excellence within the partnerships function by defining scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and best practices.
  • Identify new distribution opportunities, including strategic integrations, channel partnerships, and service or solution partners.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances within B2B technology; experience in AI or creative tech is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end partnership cycles, from sourcing and negotiation through execution and ongoing growth.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and limited structure.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and persistent in ensuring projects reach successful completion.
  • Proactive problem solver, able to navigate ambiguity and move deals forward without waiting for perfect information.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and urgency in delivering results.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Nice to have: Experience in Media & Entertainment, Design & Visualization, Communication sectors, or managing distribution ecosystems including channels, marketplaces, and solution partners.
