Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic sales leader to drive growth across a defined region by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing relationships. This role offers the opportunity to engage with senior executives, lead complex sales cycles, and deliver transformative business outcomes.   • Accountabilities:
  • Own and execute a regional sales strategy focused on new business acquisition and expansion within strategic accounts.
  • Prospect into enterprise organizations to generate pipeline and multi-threaded engagement with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and strategic alliances to co-sell, leverage relationships, and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Manage complex sales cycles using structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC), navigating multiple influencers and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Lead customer engagements to understand pain points, articulate value, and drive ROI-based business cases.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver solutions and provide market feedback.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and sales documentation.
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, cloud, infrastructure, storage, or data platform sales within a channel-focused environment.
  • Proven record of exceeding $1M+ quotas, including multiple seven-figure deals.
  • Experience selling through channel partners and strategic alliances, with an established network of VARs, cloud partners, and integrators.
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle enterprise sales, including C-suite engagement and executive sponsorship.
  • Strong hunter mentality with expertise in pipeline creation, prospecting, and net-new logo acquisition.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions in collaboration with Solution Architects.
  • Exceptional soft skills, including customer empathy, clear communication, accountability, adaptability, and collaborative influence.
