Program Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Program Manager in the United States.

This role is designed for an experienced professional to lead the management of high-value client programs, ensuring operational excellence, strategic growth, and customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of complex accounts, balancing client relationship management with internal collaboration across multiple teams. This position requires deep analytical skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. You will take full ownership of client programs, driving issue resolution, process improvement, and revenue expansion opportunities. This role offers the chance to influence both client success and internal processes while contributing to long-term account growth and operational efficiency.


  • Accountabilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 3–5 high-priority client accounts, overseeing program delivery, compliance, and reporting.
  • Lead client engagements throughout the lifecycle, including onboarding, issue resolution, quarterly business reviews, and strategic alignment.
  • Analyze account data and trends using tools such as PowerBI and Salesforce to guide customer strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Service Delivery, and Finance to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Handle escalations from initiation to resolution, ensuring documentation, corrective action, and client communication are completed effectively.
  • Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and margin improvement opportunities based on account insights and performance.
  • Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders to strengthen engagement and program retention.
  • Contribute to the evolution of client success processes, standardizing best practices and mentoring colleagues on complex programs.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing high-complexity, high-stakes customer programs with minimal oversight.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, asset recovery, or IT asset disposition (ITAD) workflows—or ability to learn rapidly.
  • Proficiency with internal systems such as Salesforce, SERP, and PowerBI; ability to interpret and act on reporting data.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence internal teams and client stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives at speed.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively solve problems without a predefined playbook.
  • Experience identifying and executing revenue opportunities through program expansion and client engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused mindset and ability to operate independently.
