• Accountabilities:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs for international market launches.
• Define program scope, success metrics, and readiness requirements, coordinating efforts across engineering, data, and product teams.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation, proactively resolving execution bottlenecks.
• Facilitate technical decision-making and architectural trade-offs to ensure scalable, resilient, and performant platforms.
• Maintain program visibility through roadmaps, milestone tracking, and clear communication to stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, addressing blockers and cross-team dependencies before they impact program delivery.
• Mentor and support team members in best practices for program management and technical execution.
• Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, managing complex software delivery programs from conception through launch and optimization.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and platforms.
• Strong technical background with understanding of system architecture, APIs, infrastructure, and technical dependencies.
• Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executive and technical audiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment.
• Bonus: experience managing international technical programs, SaaS or healthcare technology, compliance frameworks (GDPR, payment regulations), DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, hardware/software integration, SQL and data visualization skills, or experience at a hypergrowth, venture-backed startup.
