Senior Implementation Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Implementation Manager in the United States.

This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a skilled implementation leader to manage end-to-end software deployments for enterprise clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, streamline workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. The position requires strong project leadership, client communication, and problem-solving skills to drive successful outcomes and seamless transitions from pre-sales to post-go-live support. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, oversee risk mitigation, and implement best practices to enhance the implementation process.   • Accountabilities:
  • Lead the full lifecycle of client implementations, managing timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
  • Serve as the main client contact, fostering clear communication, expectation alignment, and relationship management.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk logs while coordinating internal teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Training, Support) to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct workflow and business process reviews to ensure system configuration meets client needs and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Oversee go-live readiness, including data migration validation, training coordination, and system preparation.
  • Ensure smooth transition to Account Management and Support post-go-live.
  • Lead client-facing meetings and internal project syncs, escalating risks and collaborating with leadership to resolve issues.
  • Recommend process improvements, refine tools, templates, and playbooks for continuous enhancement of implementation practices.
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing software implementations or enterprise system deployments.
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus points: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Bonus points: Experience in healthcare technology, EHR/TPA systems, or PACE programs.
  • PMP, CSM, or related project management certification preferred.
  • Experience with collaboration and project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, or Smartsheet.
