• Accountabilities:
• Manage the full lifecycle of quantitative market research projects, from planning and survey setup to data collection, quality control, and final delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely issue resolution.
• Lead project kick-off meetings, clearly defining project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress, data quality, productivity, and budget, producing regular updates and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams on survey testing, sample preparation, respondent management, and honoraria processing.
• Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Support international teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of projects across multiple regions.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Proven experience managing quantitative research projects, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical markets.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and timeline estimation for fieldwork completion.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook; quick learner of new software/tools.
• Experience with qualitative project management is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and collaborative within a team environment.
