National Sales Director

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Director to lead sales efforts across multiple regions, driving both new business acquisition and revenue growth. This role focuses on strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and managing a portfolio of clients while consistently seeking new opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment, excels at building relationships with corporate decision-makers, and has a proven track record of closing large deals.   • Accountabilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and lead-generation tools.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including proposal development and client presentations.
  • Conduct complex negotiations with regional and national clients to secure large-scale contracts.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for new business.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools and reporting systems to track progress and manage client pipelines effectively.
  • Travel domestically as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in outside sales, preferably in security services, managed services, or related B2B industries.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large deals (up to $1M per month).
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
